Thursday Mornings - SyneryDance Classes 9 - 10:30 a. m. (Starting January 5th SynergyDance Winter classes will be morning classes still on Thursday and will go for 7 weeks till February 16. New time is 910:30 a. m. $15 drop in or $84 for the series. Call Virginie at 937 5609 for more information.

Yoga classes are an^eclectic blend of hath; practicing physical postures(pheasant) with attention to deep, conscious breathing (pranayama).
Nia classes are a fun, creative workout combining 9 movement forms from dance, martial, and healing arts.
