While Weinberg has been in Rappahannock County for many years, Joanne Hilty is a relative newcomer. Hilty summed up succinctly what Wendy’s Theatre means to her.

“Moving to Rappahannock over six years ago to live in view of the beautiful mountains, open fields, and a slower pace of life was only enhanced by some of the wonderful people we have met here. Expecting we’d be going back to the city for films and live performances, we couldn’t have been more delighted to discover The Theatre and Wendy Weinberg. We found her to be a lovely, caring individual with deep affection for Rappahannock and its community. From supporting school and church events and bringing many fine performers to The Theatre in Little Washington, she embodies the spirit of Rappahannock’s very diverse community.
