Wakefield Country Day School’s Model United Nations (UN) team recently traveled to Ireland, where the students joined approximately 700 other students from around the world for a four-day Model UN conference sponsored by St. Andrew’s College in Dublin.
The Model United Nations is an internationally-recognized program that helps students expand their knowledge of world affairs, while fine-tuning their public speaking skills, developing powers of persuasion, and working to find common ground and achieve goals
