June 11: Butterfly celebration
Hospice of the Rapidan will sponsor their fourth annual Butterfly Celebration on Sunday, June 11 at 3 p.m. in the beautiful formal gardens of James Madison’s Montpelier in Orange. The Butterfly Celebration is a lifeaffirming expression of hope and peace highlighted by the release and flight of one hundred Monarch butterflies in the spring air accompanied by harp music. Anyone is welcome to sponsor one or more butterflies at $25 each. To honor a loved one by sponsoring a butterfly or to get more information, phone (540) 825-4840 or check online at www.hotr.org. Sponsorships must be ordered by June 1 to ensure recognition of your loved one in the event program. Butterfly sponsorships are tax deductible.
