Homecoming Day
Gid Brown Bible Baptist Church, Washington will be having their Homecoming Day on Sunday, June 2, starting at 10 a.m., with the Rochester Family singing. There will be preaching at 11a.m. followed by lunch at noon. For the afternoon service the Rochester Family will be singing along with preaching. Everyone is welcome.
Inspirational Music
The Joy Quartet from Pensacola Christian College will present a program of inspirational music on Friday, June 2, at 7:30 p.m. at Hope Hill Baptist Church, Castleton. The Quartet’s program will feature delightful, heartwarming music and a DVD presentation about the college.
Carter Ministries Team
Woodville Baptist Church at 4629 Sperryville Pike, Woodville on Sunday, June 4, will be hosting The Carter Ministries Team of Donnie and Cindy Carter. They will be ministering in the morning worship service as well as presenting a Gospel Concert at 3 p.m. A covered dish meal will be provided after the morning service in the church fellowship hall. Shawl Ministry
Do you like to knit or crochet? Would you like to learn? Come and be a part of the Prayer Shawl Ministry, a group which lovingly creates shawls for those in their community that may be grieving, dealing with illness, or suffering from a loss, and also for those experiencing a joy such as a wedding or new baby.
