May 25-31: Daylily Dig
at Persimmon Springs
Farm & Nursery
We are in the process of revamping our display gardens. We have an abundance of daylilies that have to go! We invite you to bring your shovels and containers and help yourself to this abundance. These daylilies are not labeled, but they include many colors and types. There is no charge to residents of Rappahannock County who are digging the plants for their own gardens. However, we may limit the number of clumps per digger. Daylilies may be dug during our regular sale hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. until May 31. After that date, please call for an appointment 6753183 or email us at prsmspgs@shentel.net. Directions: From Flint Hill, US 522, turn onto Fodderstack Rd. Go past the firehouse to the top of the hill and turn right onto Resettlement Rd. Go about 1 mile to “T” intersection and turn right onto Dearing Rd. Go about 7/10th mile to left onto Bear Wallow Rd. Look for Persimmon Springs Farm sign, the third driveway on the left.
