Dividend
A 17 cent per share cash dividend was voted by the F & M National Corporation Directors at their meeting February 6, for the First quarter of 1980.
The dividend is payable March 28 to shareholders of record March 3.
F&M National is a bank holding company headquartered in Winchester. Subsidiaries include Farmers and Merchants National Bank in Flint Hill.
