Two new proposals are being studied for recommendation to the Finance Committee. One is to consider taxes at the wholesale level to alleviate the mechanical problem of the stores, the other is to give a tax refund on income at the $10,000 level and below, requiring those in this category to apply for the same. Details on these two proposals are supposed to ready tomorrow.
