»ne Kappahannock branch of the NAACP will celebrate Black History Month with a special program, “Footsteps Of Our Past,” to be presented Saturday, February 23, at 7 p m. at the First Baptist Church in Washington.

Also in honor of Black History Month, the Women’s Auxiliary of the Wayland Blue Ridge Baptist Association will present “And We Are Walking In That Light” on Sunday, February 24, at 3 p.m. in Culpeper County High School.
