Beef Referendum regulations require that producers should print and sign their names on the Beef Referendum envelope before mailing it to the county office. Any ballots received without the producer’s name on the outside envelope shall be considered as spoiled ballots. “Ballots will not be accepted prior to the voting period which is from February 19-22, 1980.”
