An affidavit having been filed stating that the Defen dant is a non resident, it is therefore
ORDERED, that the above named Defendant, Earl W Burke, appear in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, on or before March 31, 1980, and take any action necessary to protect his interest herein and his interest in Chancery Cause Number 2913. It is further ORDERED that this publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News. Entered this 8 day of February, 1980.
