Rappahannock County youngsters distinguished themselves at last week's Culpeper Madison Rappahannock farm show in Culpeper, winning many of the top places and also faring well in the 4-H livestock sale that ended the show Monday night.

Of the nine top places in livestock competition, the Rappahannock entries took eight. They were:

Lamb Show

Grand Champion —Charlotte Magee of Amissville.

Reserve Champion—Laura Adams of Flint Hill.

Winners in the two weight classes were:

Heavyweight Market Lamb: 1st, Charlotte Magee, 2nd, Charlotte Magee, 4th, Matthew Owings, 5th, April Adams.

Lightweight Market Lamb: 1st, Laura Adams, 3rd, Matthew Owings, 4th, Denice Eidson.
