Swindler

James E. Swindler of Sperryville has been appointed to the Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals effective immediately. He will complete the unexpired term of office of Charles K. Estes who resigned for an appointment to the county board of supervisors. Swindler’s term will expire in October of 1985. Judge Shore Robertson made the appointment.
