Since the Pillars came here in 1948, the county has been discovered by folks who’ve built weekend homes in Rappahannock. Tom has watched over their cottages and belongings, an unofficial caretaker whose efforts have kept breaking and enterings at a minimum in Jenkins Hollow, according to Grace Sims.
