NOTICE The Planning Commission of Rappahannock County has received from the Advisory Committee, an application for establishment of an Agricultural District and Forestal District in the Wakefield Magisterial District of Rappahannock County. Virginia The application is made pursuant to Chapter 26. Section 15 1-1509 of the Code of Virginia, 1950. as amended Pursuant to Section 15 1-431 of the Code of Virginia and Article 17-3 of the Zoning Ordinance notice is hereby given of the following (i) The aforesaid proposal is on file and open to the public inspection in the office of the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors (ii) The names of those applying tor said Agricultural and Forestal District and the owners of those properties included in such district are as follows 1) J J Dwyer 2) Phil Irwin 3) Linda Dietel (iii) The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing as to the aforesaid application on August 19. 1981 in the Courthouse Washington.
