AUCTION OF MOUNTAIN LAND
Pursuant to a decree entered in the cause ot ROBERT FITZHUGH v. THE HEIRS ot FRANK FITZHUGH and JENNIE FITZHUGH. Chancery #2925. in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, the undersigned were directed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, a certain parcel of unimproved land situate in the Piedmont Magisterial District of Rappahannock County. Virginia, about 1.5 miles West of Sperryville, Virginia, and about 50 yards north of Route 211
The property contains 5 42 acres, more or less, and was formerly owned by Frank Fitzhugh, deceased, who acquired it by deed dated 15 September 1909. recorded in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 29 page 40. A metes and bounds description of the property may be found in the Clerk's Office aforesaid in Deed Book "U” page 115 Reference to parcel 27 on Section 37 of the Tax Map for Rappahannock County may be had for the approximate location of the property.
The auction shall be held at 1000 am. on Saturday the 8th day of August, 1981, on the steps of the Courthouse. Washington, Virginia.
The terms of sale shall be 10% of amount of winning bid to be deposited on date of auction, balance to be paid by cash or certified check within 15 days. Deed to be delivered upon payment of full purchase price
