The seventh grade classes at Rappahannock Elementary School are sponsoring a number of activities for raising money to finance the annual trip to historic Williamsburg and Jamestown. The trip is planned for late January.
On October 31 in the gym of the elementary school a fun fair is planned with such interesting activities as a haunted house, cake walks, games food booth and more. Admission is 25 cents and begins at 10 a.m„ continuing until 3 p.m.
Friday, November 13 a variety show will be held at 8 p.m. with a bake sale during intermission.
Family portraits will be made on November 20 and 21 and coupons of S5.00 will be sold prior to the event by students. This is an excellent opportunity for a Christmas gift picture. December 22, a Tuesday, will find teachers and students alike in the kitchen and cafeteria of RCES cooking and serving spaghetti, prior to the - presentation wf the Christmas
