Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust executed by Roby B Kestner and Geraldine F Kestner. to Mildred F Slater and James W Fletcher. Trustees, said deed of trust being dated May 27. 1976 and recorded May 28. 1976. in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 118. at page 751. to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the said deed of trust by virtue of the violation of the conditions imposed therein authorizing the holder ol the note to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, the undersigned. N 39 - 15 W 104' to a pipe, corner with Elliot, in line of land now or formerly Cropp; thence with Cropp. a stone fence on or near line. N 48 E 877' to a set stone on the north side of the fence where an old rail fence corners, corner with Cropp and Hall; thence with Hall, the remains of the rail fence on or near line. S 37-36 E 540' to a stake, corner in the Hall line with other Cannon-Hoyle property; thence a new line with Cannon-Hoyle. S 51-33 W 1280’ to a point in the center of Route 611. pipe in line of the northeast side; thence with the center of the road, N 4440 W 128'; N 37-15 W 144’, N 39-15 W 84' to the beginning. This lot contains 13.83 ACRES."
