was with Gatewood in Washington on the night of May 28. According to Glasker, the defendant indicated he was going up to the Cash Store. Glasker said he told Gatewood the two were "already into more hassles about stealing” but that Gatewood insisted nobody would know about it and then headed toward the store.

When he saw Gatewood later the same evening, Glasker said, the defendant showed him a 357 magnum that he recognized from being on display at the Cash Store. Gatewood also had another, smaller hand gun and was missing the baseball hat he’d had on earlier in the evening, according to Glasker.

In response to the prima facie case. Judge Robertson found Gatewood guilty on both counts, asked for a presentence report and set sentencing for 9 a.m. on December 17.
