Maty Scott Guest, wife of Virginia delegate "Andy” Guest, appeared before the council to introduce herself and to offer Guest’s support should the town need it in the future.
Because of redistricting, Guest is running for the delegate seat that now includes Rappahannock County.
Taylor Updike suggested that the town offer the swing set from behind the nowvacated post office building to the Recreation Center if they would agree to move it. Dorothy Hawkins seconded the motion and it passed.
