Inc and Rappahannock Trading Company, Inc., to J.L Fray and Aubrey J Owen, Trustees, said deed of trust being dated April 7. 1978 and recorded April 7, 1978 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virgimain Deed Book 127, at page 328 to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in said Deed of Trust by virtue of a violation of the conditions imposed therein authorizing the holders of the notes to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, the undersigned, James W Fletcher III Substitute Trustee, having been requested to act by the holders of the said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders, at the premises in Sperryville.
