VICTOR LAGMAN received a special honor from math teacher Wayne Leavell at RCHS awards ceremonies last week. Vic was presented with his math project, a drawing of the golden triangle, framed and ready for hanging. An exhange student from the Phillipines, Vic has won the affection, admiration and respect from his fellow students during his year at the high school.
