Also, helicopters have a rather limited glide ratio when their engines quit. Should this occur with one hovering over our 58 wooded acres and the surrounding properties, our yard would be the only suitable crash-landing site. This is in direct violation of federal aviation regulation 91.79 paragraph a, prohibiting flight below an altitude whereby if a powerplant fails, an emergency landing can be made without undue hazard to persons or property on the surface.
It’s an honor to be considered a suspect, but when it comes to growing things, I have terrible luck, what with drought and deer. However, I also consider this search of my property to be an intrusion of my privacy and a violation of my rights as a U.S. citizen.
