Mrs. Alice Virginia Sisk, 62, of Slate Mills, died Saturday, September 10, 1983, at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal.
Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday at the Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper by the Rev. William Roberts. Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery.
Mrs. Sisk was bom on February 1, 1921, in Rappahannock County, daughter of the late Benjamin and Florence Bell Jenkins. She was the wife of the late Roy Thomas Sisk.
Surviving are a daughter, Betty Lillard of Alexandria; three sons, Jacob Sisk of Front Royal, David Ray Sisk and Thomas Sisk, both of Sperryville; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Also surviving are three sisters, Frances Sisk of Front Royal, Bertha Jenkins of Barboursville and Gussie Sisk of Orange and three brothers, Thomas Jenkins of Charlottesville, Raymond Jenkins of Manassas and John Jenkins of Lignum.
Pallbearers were Edward Woodward, Paul Fincham, Dick Spitzer, Brent Greaser, Richard Jenkins, Larry Comstock, Bernie Jenkins and Douglas Jenkins.
