Clerk Diane Bruce reported that she has found a Front Royal consultant to draw up bid specifications, but it wasn’t clear whether to advertise to cool just the upstairs or to receive bids on the courtroom with the possibility of adding the downstairs later. Supervisors agreed that they only had the upstairs in mind.
