Over the weekend George Smoot was honored with a housewarming given by Mr. and Mrs. Ed Brenner of Washington, D.C. and Harris Hollow with approximately 50 to 75 guests attending.
Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. R.O. Bridges included Mr. and Mrs. Price Wood and family of Richmond, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Harris of Warrenton and Dr. and Mrs. Glenn Noffainger of Middleburg.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Griffey and children, Danielle and Jeremy of Manassas were visitors this past weekend of Mrs. Griffey’s parents, Mr. and Mn. George Bain.

Visiting J. Stant Weaver last Monday were Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda of Griffinsburg. Mr. Weaver’s nephew, Freddy Butler of Boston was a visitor on Thursday. John Weaver of Rosalyn was a visitor of his father,bn Thursday and Friday. John also visited his brother-in-law and sister, the Penarandas at Griffinsburg on Friday before returning to his home.
