COMPARED WITH BUDGET FOR THE CURRENT YEAR This budget synopsis is prepared and published for inforeative and fiscal planning purposes only. The inclusion in the budget of any itee or item does not constitute an obligation or cosaitaent on the part of the Board of Supervisors of this County to appropriate any funds for that itee or purpose. There is no allocation, or designation of any funds, of this County for any purpose until there has first been an appropriation tor that purpose by the Board of Supervisors. A hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors on the budget for Inforeative purposes at the Kappahannock County Court House on the 4th day of June, 1984 at 10:00 A.M. at which tine any citizen of this County shall have the right to attend and state his views. A budget tor the fiscal year coeeencing July I, 1984 will be adopted by the Board of Supervisors no later than July 1, 1984 and at least seven days following the hearing at which tiee the Board of Supervisors shall fix a tax rate for the budget year.
