6. The question was asked in a letter to the editor about what would happen if a resident wandered off into the woods and could not be found.
We don’t believe this will be a problem. If a resident became lost we would anticipate he would be located quickly by the employees. If not, we believe and hope the community would respond in the same way as if a family's child were lost. Knowing the kindness and goodness of the people of Rappahannock we believe they would respond to help find any lost person.
I realize there are people genuinely concerned about the impact this project may have on Rappahannock. I hope you will give me a chance to show that it can be done in a way that will help the county and the people and not hurt them. If you have other questions please phone or write me.
