That Knee Pain Could He rrom tne root!

Many people begin to fog to get themselves in shape ana reduce the risk of heart attack. They are forced at times to stop because of knee pain. Approximately 2000 lbs. of force are applied to the foot with each step. Sometimes the foot may be slightly out of alignment with the ground. This malalignment may not show up until tne person starts to log. The stress that begins in the foot is transferred up the leg into the knee and continues up into the hip. Many times this problem may be treated with an insert in the shoe to help realign the foot to the ground. This can reduce or eliminate the pain in the knee. There are other problems that might not show up when walking but make themselves evident with the extra stress of logging. Remember, staying active keeps you healthy. Or.lnioiLV09ll,0#Jl,FXC#J.
