The Rappahannock County Garden Club met at the home of Hazel Fannon >n May 16. There were 82 members and four guests present.
Helen Fairfax gave a report on the 50th anniversary )f the Virginia Federation Carden Club convention ield May 7-9 at Abingdon.
Mrs. Orville VanDusen ind Mrs. Edwin Eastham of he Front Royal Garden Club were judges for the In;ra-Club Mini Flower Show. Many arrangements were exhibited in the different rooms. There were five :las8es and each member vas asked to participate in it least one.
First class was “Country Welcome” and was won by Marjorie Exton.
Florence Nordone won second class on “Forest franquility”.
