There are two questions I would like answered.
Number One; Who does the old highway belong to that goes past Loring Anderson’s house? Last week a friend of mine broke down near the bridge. In about 16 minutes a state trooper and sheriff came with complaints from Loring Anderson. Does he have any control over the road as to who can use it?
