Several other items also came before the Planning Commission, among them:
• Plat Denial, Approval. A revised plat submitted by James Foster of Flint Hill showed that the plat had been reworked to show six tracts. Foster indicated he had questions on the three smaller tracts width and length ratio. Commissioner Krebser questioned the slope of the three tracts, wondering if it was greater than 14 percent. When the percentage could not be determined, the Commission decided not to approve the plat until adequate proof of slope was submitted on the tracts in question.
The Commission approved a plat submitted by Eric Forster of Castleton, with only one question regarding the slope of the land.
