We advised the Water Control Board of our finding in the fall of 1983 and they conducted a public hearing to consider reclassification on December 5, 1983. We understand that the WCB reclassification to warmwater will be effective May 29, 1984.
We appreciate your concern for the river but believe our trout stream classfication is correct.
