4. Furnish, maintain and opsrala a sanitary landHN for tha proper disposal of said solid waste in accordance with slate wid locM
5. Empty each refuse container two times a week and at several locations three times a week, and to remove the excess traah on the ground at sach containar location;
6. Submits signed written reportlolhe Clerk of the Bo«d of Supsrviaors quartarty giving details on the oondWon of each collection site, and the data and time (A M or P M.) of service:
7. Institute an effective rat control program at each containar location;
8. Maintain each container and each container sNe In a proper and dean manner. AN contents of each containar ahaN become tha property and responsibility of tha Contractor and ahaH ba disposed of by tha Contractor in a propar and lawful sanitary landfW.
9. Tha Contractor ahaN at aN times kaap his trucks insured as to both personal and property damage with a reputable insurance company. which policy or poNdee shaN axpraaaly protect add County and ba delivered to and held by the County
