This is in response to other questions about the proposed adult home in Harris Hollow.

1. Whj do you continue to go forward with your plans if there is opposition from your friends and neighbors?

Most of my friends and neighbors are in favor of the project because it will be beneficial to the county and especially to older people. Those against it are fearful that the environment may be damaged. When they see this will not happen, I believe they wfll not be opposed.

2. Does the Harris Hollow road have to be improved if the retirement ' community is built?

No, not necessarily. It is not anticipated that much of a burden of traffic would be added. The state determines, primarily on the basis of traffic, plus some other factors, when a road should be improved and pays for it. No local taxes are required.
