Mrs. Mary Quaintance was a guest Sunday at a joint birthday dinner for H.B. Wood, Jr. and Henry B. Wood of Woodville.

Mrs. George W. Hawkins returned home Saturday after an eye operation in Fairfax. She was a guest of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Codding and family.
