DEREGULATING CHARGES FOR PROVIDING
MOBILE CUSTOMER PAGING AND RADIOTELEPHONE
EQUIPMENT
The State Corporation Commission is proposing to deregulate certain mobile equipment (such as pagers and radio-telephones) used by customers of Virginia radio common carriers, telephone companies, and cellular mobile telephone companies in providing one-way or two-way radio common carrier service. The proposed deregulation of this mobile customer equipment follows similar deregulation of telephone customer premises equipment.
