So Peter Holley doesn’t like the proposed Zoning Ordinance revision — but it is interesting that his letter last week singled out the controls it would place on junk cars. We’ve managed to live 11 years with the 1973 Zoning Ordinance, and its intended restriction on junk cars (no more than one) is stricter than what is now proposed.
The basic question boils down to what is zoning all about. Mr. Holley sees “Zoneoids” out to “mess with peoples’ lives.” My own view is of a community of people trying to decide how
