Council member Newbill Miller said that the only reason that he would want to make BZA recommendations at this time would be the limited number of people in the town who can serve. “We have a total of 13, possibly 15, people that we’ve got to have to work in addition to the council on the various boards,” Miller said. “The only
reason I looked at the list is I tried to decide where each candidate of the town residents could best serve.”
Mayor Kramer said that that concern could be addressed by having council members include reasons for their recommendations.
