Rappahannock News Photo/Jane Bangley Although both vehicles, including this truck, were totalled in a two car accident on Route 211 on April 11, no one was injured. The wreck occurred at 7:45 p.m. when the Chevrolet Department of Highways and Transportation truck, driven by Kenneth Lee Foster of Sperryville, pulled from the shoulder of the road into the path of Ralph D. Gerth of Phoenix, NY who was driving an Oldsmobile station wagon pulling a travel trailer. Foster was charged with failure to yield the right of way.
