NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission of the Town of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 22, 1985 at 8 p.m. in the Courthouse on Gay Street, Washington, Virginia in accordance with Section 15.1-431, 15.1-491, and 15.1-503.2 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, on the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Washington, Virginia: HISTORIC DISTRICT ORDINANCE FOR THE TOWN OF WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA After said public hearing, the Planning Commission intends to make recommendations to the Town Council of Washington, Virginia relating to the adoption and/or modification of the proposed ordinance.
Any person wishing to make public comment on said amendment may attend and present their views. A copy of the proposed ordinance amendment may be examined at the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. Franklin B.
