Misses Bonnie and Tanya Brown of Gaithersburg, Maryland were Mother’s Day weekend guests of their parents, Mrs. Chloe Brown and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Brown.

On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Brown entertained for Mother’s Day dinner. Guests included Mrs. Chloe Brown, Misses Bonnie and Tanya Brown of Gaithersburg, Maryland, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Brown and daughter Amanda of Washington and Larry Brown.

Mr. and Mrs. Buster Hitt and Mr. and Mrs. Frankie Hitt were Sunday visitors of their mother and grandmother, Mrs. Virginia Jenkins at Rose Hill Nursing Home at Berryville.

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Manwaring, Gina and Lisa entertained Mr. and Mrs. H.L. Manwaring on Sunday for Mother’s Day dinner.

Mr. and Mrs. Bill Templeton of Greensburg, Pennsylvania were luncheon guests on Saturday of Clifton Clark and Misty Hitt.Among

those attending the District Extension Homemakers meeting held at the 4-H Educational Center at Front Royal last Wednesday were Mrs. Merle Daczewitz, Mrs. Myrtle Falls, Mrs. Rick Johnson, Mrs. Louise O’Bannon, Mrs. Helen Guthrie, Mrs. Mildred Timbers, Misty Hitt and Mrs. June Clark.

W.B. Johnson remains a patient in Culpeper Memorial Hospital.

Mother’s Day dinner guests of Mrs. Ada Burke were Mrs. Edna Woodward and friend, Wayne and Tabby Sue, Jeffery and John of Castleton, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Bayne and daughter, Michelle of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Grigsby and son, Paul of Flint Hill.

Mrs. Chester Wayland and Mrs. John Creel of Culpeper were dinner guests on Monday of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Woodard in Culpeper.
