Who then would be guilty of genocide (as defined in the Treaty)? American Vietnam veterans (were accused by the Soviets), the police who battled the Black Muslims or even missionaries anywhere in the world would be charged (causing serious mental harm to members of national, ethical, racial or religious group).
The Genocide Treaty is typical Communist deceit and double talk. It should be repudiated. Write or call Senators Warner and Trible now and let them know that you oppose it. They will send you a copy if you want to read it for yourself.
