Bowers Pleads Not Guilty
Robert Leroy Bowers, owner of Blue Ridge Guns in Amissville, pled not guilty Tuesday, May 14 at his arraignment on five felony counts of making false statements to obtain and renew his federal firearms license and his license to deal in explosives.
A jury trial in the case has been scheduled for July 15 in Roanoke before Judge James C. Turk.
