ply Company in 1946, later establishing a branch in Winchester. He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Navy, and was a member of the Giles B. Cook American Legion Post 53 of Front Royal. He had received a number of state and national awards for skeet shooting.
Surviving are his former wife and business partner Helen B. Haag of Front Royal, a son by a previous marriage, Kenwood Haag of Washington, three brothers, Carl Haag of Lakeland, Fla., Lloyd Haag of Baltimore, Md., and Warren Haag of Candor, N. C., and two granddaughters.
Funeral services were conducted May 26 at Maddox Funeral Home, Front Royal, by the Rev. Robert Sharp. Burial, with an American flag presentation by Giles B. Cook American Legion Post 53, was in Panorama Memorial Gardens at Waterlick.
