THE RAPPAHANNOCK-RAPIDAN Health District is soliciting bids for a Home Health Aide from individuals or from an agency that will furnish aide services to Home Health Patients in Madison County. Bids are being solicited on a reimbursement per visit basis. Personal vehicle for travel is required and official mileage will be reimbursed at 20.5 cents/mile. Contract period will be from July 1, 1986 through June 30, 1987 with an option to extend annually for a period not to exceed three years.
