formed at countless festivals, street parades, and concert halls including the American Folk Life Festival, Constitution Hall, the 1972 Innaugural Parade, July 4th at the Washington Monument in 1977, and Wolf Trap.

Joining the band for this performance are the Caribbean Folk Dancers with a colorful and rhythmic presentation of dances indigenous to the West Indies including Reggae, Calypso, Joropo and Beliar. The group has performed for Bluemont in 1982 and 1984/5, the Kennedy Center and at numerous festivals.

The lawn of the Historic Warren Green Hotel is a beautiful setting to hear a concert. Families are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair and a picnic. Folding chairs will be available for senior citizens and homemade refreshments will be on sale at the intermission.
