Sheriff Woodward said that “Rappahannock County has been fortunate. There’s not been that much marijuana grown here — although any is too much,” he added. “What we have found is mostly garden plots - we’ve not seen big areas planted.”
Trooper R. A. Baines is conducting an investigation into the suspicious plants confiscated on Tuesday. He said that charges are pending, based on the outcome of tests conducted to determine if the plants are indeed marijuana.
