Fee day for all Rappahannock County High School students will be Thursday, August 28, from 2 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., principal Robert Chappell announced. Students who pay fees on that day may also pick up their class schedules, check their locker combinations and take care of any other business, he added. No fees or schedules will be handled during the supper hour from 5 to 6 p. m.
Students and parents who come to the school for fee day will see the first phase of what Mr. Chappell calls “Rappahannock County High Pride”. According to the principal, the Rappahannock School Board and the high school administration have refurbished several areas of the the school. The building’s exterior trim has been repainted, the main hall floor was retiled, the hall lockers were repainted and the gym lockers replaced.
