Mrs. Charles Platt gave an interesting Bird Profile on the WhiteThroated Sparrow. She distributed information sheets to members participating in the “window-watch bird count,’’ a project of Sweet Briar College.
Members were asked to sign up to make wreaths, garlands and swags that the public may order now.
